Calibration of Weighbridges – Fazal Group of Industries
Pak Metrology & Calibration Services (PMC) Pakistan successfully carried out the calibration of three industrial weighbridges at the Fazal Group of Industries, located across its Muzaffargarh and Khanpur Bagh-a-Sher Units. The calibration was performed using certified 30-ton standard dead weights, fully traceable to national standards, in accordance with OIML R111-1:2004 and the Punjab Standards of Weights & Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1976.
Installation of Digital Weighbridge System – Qadirpur Gas Field, Sindh
Pak Metrology & Calibration Services (PMC) successfully completed the design, supply, and installation of a fully digital weighbridge system at the Qadirpur Gas Field, Sindh. The project included the installation of a 120-ton capacity modular steel weighbridge, integrated with a state-of-the-art digital weighing kit, load cells, and an advanced A9+ digital indicator.


Calibration of Dead Weights and Weighbridges – Sheikhoo Sugar Mills Ltd., Kot Addu
Pak Metrology & Calibration Services (PMC) successfully completed the calibration of seven (07) weighbridges and the repairing, painting, and calibration of over 800 industrial dead weights at Sheikhoo Sugar Mills Ltd., Kot Addu. The calibration work was carried out using certified standard dead weights ensuring full compliance with OIML R111-1:2004 and the Punjab Standards of Weights & Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1976. PMC’s expert team conducted detailed load cell health assessments, accuracy verification, and adjustment procedures for each weighbridge to achieve optimal precision.




Calibration of Weighbridges and Dead Weights – Tandlianwala Sugar Mills (Unit Kunjwani), Faisalabad
Pak Metrology & Calibration Services (PMC) successfully executed the calibration of seven (06) weighbridges along with the repairing, painting, and calibration of industrial dead weights at Tandlianwala Sugar Mills Ltd. (Unit Kunjwani), Faisalabad. The project was undertaken as part of the mill’s annual compliance and accuracy assurance program. The calibration was performed using certified standard dead weights and traceable reference standards, in accordance with OIML R111-1:2004 and the Punjab Standards of Weights & Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1976.


Calibration of Flow Meters – MOL Pakistan Oil & Gas Field, Khyber Pakhtunkhwan
Pak Metrology & Calibration Services (PMC) successfully executed the on-site calibration and verification of flow meters at the MOL Pakistan Oil & Gas Field, located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK). The project covered the calibration of six (06) high-capacity turbine and coriolis flow meters used in the measurement of crude oil and natural gas transfers between processing units and storage facilities. Calibration was carried out using traceable reference standards and master flow meters, following API MPMS Chapter 4, OIML R117, and ISO/IEC 17025 guidelines. The work ensured that all instruments met the required ±0.1% accuracy range for custody transfer applications.




Calibration and Repair of Dead Weights – Fatima Sugar Mills Ltd., Muzaffargarh
Pak Metrology & Calibration Services (PMC) successfully completed the repairing, painting, and calibration of 1,200 industrial dead weights at Fatima Sugar Mills Ltd., Muzaffargarh. The project was carried out as part of the mill’s annual metrology compliance and equipment accuracy assurance program. All weights were calibrated using traceable reference standards and verified against certified master weights in accordance with OIML R111-1:2004 and the Punjab Standards of Weights & Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1976.




Calibration and Repair of Dead Weights – Rehman Hajra Sugar Mills Ltd.
Pak Metrology & Calibration Services (PMC) successfully completed the repairing, painting, and calibration of 1,500 industrial dead weights at Tandlianwala Sugar Mills Ltd., Muzaffargarh Unit. The project was undertaken to ensure the mill’s weighing standards comply with legal metrology and quality assurance requirements for the sugar industry.
The calibration was performed using traceable master reference weights and verified in accordance with OIML R111-1:2004 and the Punjab Standards of Weights & Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1976.
